If you like Friedemann Friese’s Friday, I think you will like this game. Both games are solo and small box. They are both efficiency and resource management puzzles of sorts, they are both very difficult to win, they both have you cycling through the deck over several rounds. The game includes a handy play reference card, to help make sure you do not miss a step. The multi use cards are a fun puzzle to play with. Use the cards for resources, to build bots, or build structures. In Planet Flippers, as you build Structures in your 3x3 grid you will have fewer resources to work with. Balancing the buildings you want with the resources you need is the key to success in this game.
