Revolution: State of War

After a live overview of this game, I can enthusiastically say that it deserves to be published! It has just the right level of complexity, the mechanisms are fresh and sensible, and its realism is perfect.

I especially like the generals' special powers. For example, Washington has a "winter" bonus, Arnold has a battle bonus, Greene has a unique retreat ability. Another nice aspect is that militia units don't clutter up the board, but are important during battles (which take place on a pair of three-column battle boards). No roll and check a CRT here!

Nice use of color, too. Overall, a superb effort and as I've already stated, this one deserves to be published.

Full disclosure, I am the designer of the game. Just posting to get the ball rolling but even though my opinion is bias, as a person I do love this game and enjoy playing it over and over again.
