Empires: Builder Expansion

The concept works well enough that we won't go back to the basic game. Its execution is uncertain, and its expensive.

The new builder is a strong specialist. The great thing about this expansion are the nation cards.

Played this at Origins, It is great! Let's you play the game more and compete for victory on a level that is otherwise more scrappy. I am a huge fan of the original game, which is quite possibly perfect, so I do not think it needs this. But that said, I think it only alters the game for a different experience that is not detrimental. Time will tell.

Adds more tension and competition to a game that already had an abundance of both. Same top-notch components as the original.
