Can easliky fall in love with this one if you want your game to have:
- Deep strategy Direct your Heroes' maneuvers, attacks, and abilities in a turn-based combat. The stakes in this game are high: any attack on an unprotected Hero means elimination.
- Zero randomness Heroes of Timeline is a board game that will never let a victory to be stolen from you by an unlucky dice throw. Only your strategy and choices lead the Heroes to a victory or a defeat.
- Unique heroes Unique abilities of each Hero and each Team mean that every move you make is crucial, and every match you play is unique.
Saw a youtube review of this and it looks so fun - top 2 player game on my wish-list.
Love games where its all about my choices and strategic abilities
Good game with easy rules and more than enough depth to keep it interesting after a dozen of plays. Production and art, very good as well. Hoping for new maps
Strategic and engaging game of tactical planning and unique character abilities. Great production and replay value. Could do with a touch more variety to spice up the game play but there’s enough here in this small box.
Just played Heroes of Timeline and absolutely loved it! For fans of pure strategy without any luck factors, this game is a gem. The zero randomness means every win feels truly earned, and every move requires careful thought.
The unique abilities of each hero and team make every game feel fresh and engaging. I was amazed at how each match unfolded differently based on the heroes chosen. The game is quick to set up and the rules are easy to grasp, so you can jump right into the action.
The artwork is stunning—the gold accents and character designs really bring the game to life. I also appreciated the strategic depth added by knowing your opponent's abilities; it turns every game into a thrilling mind battle.
One thing to be aware of: the game is so deeply strategic that it might be a bit intense for those looking for a light, casual experience. Every decision matters, and there's no room for lucky breaks. But if you're into games where your choices truly make the difference, Heroes of Timeline is definitely worth checking out!
If you're looking for a chess style game with a loth of depth and no luck involved you need to play this game. easy to learn, hard to master and with stunning artwork.
Great game! Has a lot of replayability and so much fun to keep you playing for hours. No randomness or luck in it. Just good mind play en stretegic movement. Recommended game for strategy lovers and 1vs 1 battle play.
Quick to setup, quick to learn but difficult to master. You really have to put on your strategic cap for this one, but if you do, there's a lot of game to be had!
Strategy: Deep and rewarding, but requires focus and planning. Zero luck. Artwork: Beautiful, detailed designs that bring the game to life. Replayability: Mastering heroes keeps it fresh, though not for fast-paced play. Ease of Learning: Simple rules but a steep learning curve to master. Overall: A must-try for strategy lovers who enjoy thoughtful, immersive games.
