Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small

One of My favorite game! It’s really nice if only have two players and 30 minutes to play. And I really like the tokens,it can help me get into the game.

Nice little 2 player game / variant on it's parent. The variety of buildings in the expansions makes at least one of them essential though if you wnat to keep playing

It's not nearly as tight of a game as it's bigger brother, and it plays in 35 minutes which is a super plus for us (fills a niche in that regard). The two expansions are mandatory and really save the game for repeated plays, and also help reduce the desire to play Caverna or big Agricola. The current rating is also taking into account that we always use the expansions with it, for without, the game would fall much lower. Unfortunately, it's interaction is limited to traditional worker placement action drafting/deprivation in terms of snatching points. Given that there isn't a large decision space in terms of scoring points, the expansions essentially save it from dropping to a 3.

Superb, fast, 2 player game. Fantastic animal meeples.

The more we play the more we enjoy. I upped the rating with the new buildings! Tight game every time.
